In 1977, a pastry chef from Brittany, Henri le Roux, came up with the idea of making caramel with the addition of local sea salt. And it was just an insight.
Judge for yourself, could we resist and not combine two wonderful flavors? Velvet imperial stout, chocolate notes, a little coffee and biscuit plus delicious salted caramel?

Schwarze Farbe mit beiger Schaumkrone. Intensiv röstmalziger Geruch nach Karamell, Schokolade und Kakao. Geschmacklich malzig, röstmalzig mit Kakao, Karamell, Vanille und Schokolade. Hohe Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, voller Körper mit sanfter Kohlensäure.

Das Insight kommt ebenfalls mit einer schwarz folierten Dose mit schön gestalteten Lichtpunkt 🌌im Znentrum. Es ist ein mit salted caramel 🥞 aromatisiertes Imperial Stout und ist dementsprechend stark und süß. Mir persönlich zu intensiv, aber dafür mit vollen Körper und einer Extraportion Karamell im Abgang 🌠.
