Draught @ All In Beer Fest 2014. Pours hazy pinkish red with a small bubbly pinkish white head that slowly dissipates while leaving a small trace on the glass. Smell is fruity with wheat crackers, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, lingonberries, cherries, yoghurt, dry soil and lemon zest. Taste is sour and fruity with wheat crackers, pink grapefruit juice, lingonberries, rhubarb, lime juice, lemon juice, yoghurt, hay, dry soil and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, tart, tiny berry skin astringent, tiny watery and light bodied. finish is sour and fruity with wheat crackers, grapefruit juice, lime juice, lingoberries, yoghurt, hay, dry soil and lemon zest.
