Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear amber with an off-white head. Very toffeeish aroma. Rich, malty body - again dominated by caramel and toffee notes, but I don’t get much spices - fortunately. Some late, warming alcohol. Solid Xmas effort if perhaps a little too sweet. 211215

Bottle. A crystal clear amber colored beer with a small, off-white head. The aroma is softly spiced, with some orange peel and resins. Caramel malts and some dried fruits in the back. It’s semi-dry on the palate, with a pleasant carbonation level. Medium to full body with some alcohol warmth. Caramel, spices, oranges and some alcohol in the flavor, with a lasting finish. Nothing special going on here, but I like the balanced use of spices. 150228

Süßlicher, hefig malziger Antrunk. Dabei gewürzige Noten, die süße Hefigkeit ist mir zu intensiv. Unsüffig, nicht mein Ding. 10/7/9/7/8/7
