Fles 33cl bij Tealicious in Bangkok. Erg bloemig, framboos of aardbei-achtig, bloesem, zacht, zoetig, ergens banaan, niet alledaags. Geen typische weizen. (9-12-2018).

Bottle at Feat Lab, Bangkok. Fairly hazy orange with a thick white head. Aroma of orange, tangerine, citrus, light herbal notes and yeast. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter with light citric sourness. Light to medium bodied with above light carbonation.

Bottle at Two Chefs, Patong. Poured a hazy straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, yeast, some light citrus notes. The flavour is dry yeasty bitter with a crisp, fresh, yeasty, light banana, light spice palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle @ Full Moon Brew Works. Pours quite yellow-golden, some white foam on top. Looks quite transparent which does not really resemble hefeweizen's that much but well... Aroma is very floral, lots of citrus there, esters. Taste goes into the same direction, somewhat parfumy, floral and some yeast esters are dominating the taste. Well, you can say it's hefe if you want to (and as its written on the label) but its quite a different animal - admittedly with some resemblances.
