Keg at the Lab, 24/08/17. Light haze on a pale golden yellow pour with a very limited off white head that soon dissipates to nyadda. Nose is big on lime, lemon rasp, damp straw, grains, floral whisper. Taste comprises lime cordial, grains, damp wood, straw, light acidic bite. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow pucker. Ok ’Linner ... not from the top drop but refreshing enough ... perhaps a touch sweet and not tarte enough to refresh fully.
