Hello Operator is a modern English summer ale. this fine beverage is a new take on an old style. Starting off as a traditional English Pale Ale, the beer is then transformed by infusing it with 100% blueberry juice. This is done at multiple stages during the brewing process to provide a refreshing fruity overtone you taste on every sip!

Keg at the Bootlegger, 10/02/17. Clear golden with a decent off white head. Nose is light caramel, lemon peel, straw, toasted grains, light peppery spice, melon. Taste comprises light bread dough, pale malts, orange pith, grassy vibes, subtle red berry and blueberry rasp, toasted grains, light herbal notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok stuff.
