Bottle, 750ml corked, at home 10/10/16. Lightly hazed orange with a reddish glint and an off White cap of bubbles that lingers at the edge. Nose is funky apple, straw, farmy, light smoke, Bakewell tart icing. Taste comprises tarte apple, straw, earthy apple orchard, subtle glazed cherries, light balsa wood, tangy fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Great balance to this number, never gets too sweet, very subtle cherry. I’d rate more ciders if they were like this !
