We’ve got a great pairing lined up for you here! The brand spanking new HBC-431 hop, so new it hasn’t even got a name yet, pairs up with the fantastic Jarrylo, both of which hail from the world renowned hop producers of Yakima Valley. You can expect a cacophony of punchy soft fruit flavours with a delightful backbone of citrus and some light spicy notes; this is definitely going to be a treat!

Cask at the Bootlegger, 30/05/16. Clear golden blonde with a well appointed white head that retains well. Good full glass lacing ensues. Nose is a little subdued, melon, bubblegum, light straw, pale malt. Taste comprises peach, light floral notes, tangerine, melon. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close with a light hop bite. Ok ... more a gold than am APA in terms of the hop power offered on this one.
