A pitch black beer with a thick brown head. Both the aroma and the flavor are sweet with strong notes of roasted malt and chocolate. The end is nicely bitter as desert chocolate.

[Draught at Københavnske Øldage] Almost black. Very evident chocolate aroma. Sweet and surprisingly gentle with plenty of coffee and roasty malt. Fairly low bitterness. A pleasant surprise.

(On tap) Black and opaque with a small, light brown head. Marked, burned aroma. Good, solid body with lots of hard roasted malt and some accents of coffee. Pleasant. 190506
