On tap at Brassicula fest in Rome-Italy. Pours cloudy bright golden color, nice white cap. Nose: grassy, some yeasty aroma, bread. Mouth: soft carbo, clean/watery, malt, fresh grass. So good! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Keg/Gravity at Pigs Ear ’15, 01/12/15. Clear golden blonde with a decent white covering. Nose is light tropical fruit, mandarin, peach, floral notes. Taste comprises orange pith, grassy, floral hop, mandarin, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok .. any reason this is down as an English pale ale? Flavour profile more like an American one to me.
