Bottle at my parents house, from Callans Dundalk, 27/06/15. Very ligthly hazed golden with a decent white cap that retains well. Nose is straw, lemon rind, light spice, herbal notes, white pepper, yeast esters, hint of vanilla. Taste comprises light bread, citric peel, straw, spice trace, apple core, yeast esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tarte fruit rinse. Ok saison, a little simple but ticks the boxes.
