Bottle looks very simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Malty-yeasty aroma. Starts intense malty, yeasty, not too dry. Fruity notes of pear, some herbal notes, some glove. Finish well balanced, a bit alcoholic. Well balanced yeasty aftertaste. Nice!

500ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with huge, creamy, slowly osteoporosing but widely persistent, minimally lacing, off-white head. Intense, yeasty fruity and yeasty spicy aroma, slightly bready, wheaty malty background, notes of banana and clove, some pear, hints of mustard seed, sage, orange peel, mandarine. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and yeasty spicy, notes of overripe pear, banana, clove, a touch of orange peel, sage, a very cautious touch of nutmeg, floral honey. Watery texture, dry palate, medium, prickly to lively carbonation. Rich and intense, harmonious, not too sweet, quite spicy - very enjoyable.

€-Fläschla: Golden, hazy to cloudy, relatively smalĺ, but stable off-white head, moderate sweet fruity-yeasty nose, honeyish wheat underneath; moderate sweet and a bit sourish flavour, low bitterness, nearly full bodied, pretty soft, oily MF ; lingering sweet fruity and yeasty finish, wheat and honey underneath. A bit on the sweet side, but pretty well quaffable…
