Keg at the brewpub, Asheville, 17/02/15. Clear golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is pale malt, lemon rind, straw, peach. Taste comprises light floral hops, orange pith, bitter citric rinds, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Adequate SIPA - could do with a hop injection though!

Bomber shared at a tasting. Clear golden, thin creamy tan head. Aroma of earthy, catty, piney, floral hops pale malt. The taste is bitter piney, citrus hops mild pale biscuit malt. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness.
