Unser Alb Export ist ein ur- typisches untergäriges Premiumbier, vollmundig, mildgehopft. Den kräftigen Goldton verdankt das es einer Extra-Portion ausgesuchtem Malz. Der Antrunk vermittelt einen vollmundigen und fast schon üppigen Geschmackseindruck. Die Süsse des schwäbischen Malzes hamoniert ausgezeichnet mit dem feinherben Hopfengeschmack, der nur mit erstklassigem Aromahopfen aus der Hallertau und dem speziellen Braukonzept unseres Braumeisters erreicht werden kann. Unser Alb Export stellt mit seinem ausbalancierten Geschmack eine ganz besondere Spezialität dar.

*33cl bottle found at a local Edeka. Smooth mild with grainy parts. Nice smooth, grainy with sweetish parts, not much bitterness, easy to drink.

Fläschle (label says 5.2%; Dííík! ): Pale golden to golden, hazy, small foamy layer, distinctive sourish, bitter and tart fruity nose, neither malty nor hoppy traces really detectable; sour-bitter flavour, tart and light bodied; unfortunately lingering sourish and bitter finish. BEST BEFORE 05/01/19!!! So this cannot be infected...

On tap. Pours a cloudy yellow color. Aroma of maltyness and straw. Taste is grass, straw.

5l minicask from the brewery. Hazy golden yellow, creamy and stable white head. Malty nose. Medium-bodied, malty wqith nice malt flavours, slightly sweet. Shy but good hop flavours, very aromatic with a low bitterness. Smooth and velvety, easy-going.
