Keg at the taproom, 10/11/14. Lightly hazed golden amber with a decent beige covering. Nose is rich in dark fruitsm dates, toffee, light cocoa notes, nutty. Taste comprises caramel, sweet tempered with bitterness, light hop notes, dark fruit rinds, dates. Medium + body, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Easy drinking barley wine but doesn’t hold much depth.

On tap at Belmont Station. Pours a cloudy copper color with a medium white head. A big fruity nose, some sweet candy and citrus hops. Pine, sweet toffee, some fruit cake, heat throughout. Good.
