Cask at Belching Beaver, North Park SD, 15/11/14. Clear golden amber with a decent light beige covering. Nose is juicy hops, bitter orange, green chilli, floral. Taste comprises apricot, grapefruit, subtle green pepper, mandarin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, subtle chilli and hop mix in the close. For a DIPA nearing 9% on cask with chilli ... was expecting a car crash but this came off way better than I could imagine! Solid enough offering, chilli sublte, hides the booze well.
