We know we've brewed this beer before, but just not yet. We had to travel back to the future to make sure. This Brown Ale is loaded with over 100 lbs of fresh hop Goldings added during and after the boil. Mild aromas of sweet floral and citrus are balanced with chocolaty and caramel notes. Additional nutty flavors and hints of toasty biscuit are present with a mild herbal and floral hop present on the palate.

Keg at the brewpub, 08/11/14. Chestnut brown with a decent beige covering. Nose is hoppy, light pine, hint of cocoa, light perfume. Taste comprises biscuit malt, toffee, trace of pine needle, floral notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with earthy hop bitterness. Ok hoppy brown.
