Cask at the Happy Man, Englefield Green, 19/12/14. Clear chestnut brown with reddish hues and a well appointed light beige covering that retains well, full glass lacing ensues. Nose is malt forward, biscuit, toasted bread, caramel. Taste comprises biscuit malt, red berry fruit, light spice, caramel. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with light bitterings. Good condition, easy drinker.
