On tap at the brewery in San Diego. Amber with a small white head. Aroma of light hops, caramel and malt. Similar taste, also some notes of dried fruit. The body was medium as was the bitterness.

Keg at the taproom, 12/11/14. Reddish amber with a moderate off white head. Nose is caramel malt, vanilla, dark fruit rinds, earthy hop. Taste comprises candied fruit peel, earthy hop, faint pine. Medium bodied, fine moderate carbonation, semi drying close. So so amber.
