Bottle 33 cl. Twist-off cap indicating that this is a French brew. Pours a cloudy greyish yellow with a fizzy, white head, that dissipates in no time. Stale Pale Lager trivial hops in the nose. Watery body, fizzy in a lifeless stale way. Strangely salty, with absolutely no bitterness. "Pure Xmas joy" the trademark owner claims.... 170216

Big offwhite head. Hazy pale yellow body with light carbonation. Fruity mealy aroma with oily notes. Dry-sweet fruity floral mealy taste with sugary notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish mealy sugary aftertaste with herbal notes. Very anonymous and mealy. Boring, but no real off flavours. (0.33l bottle, from Føtex, Frederikshavn.)

Bottle 330ml. [ As Skovlyst JuleFryd ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, grass - silage, light herbs. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, cabbage water, silage, mineraels. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150226]

Bottle from trade with fonefan, many thanks! Trübe goldgelbe Farbe, geringe weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht spritzig säuerlich, malzig, grasig. Geschmack gering fruchtig malzig, wenig grasig, süß, schwacher Körper.

Bottled@fonefan. Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is minerals, mild muddy notes as well as some slight earthy notes. Flavour is sulphur, earth, herbs and some toffee.

Bottle. Pours hazy pale yellow with medium creamy white head. Aroma is grain, straw, flowers and grass. Taste is light to medium acidic, light bitter and light sweet. Body is watery with sparkling carbonation. Finish is short and light sweet with notes of grain, grass and metal. No notes of Christmas.
