Das Weizen hat eine leicht trübe orangegoldene Farbe und eine mittelgroße leicht beige Schaumkrone. Geruch nach reifen früchte, phenolisch, leicht hefig. Geschmack leicht fruchtig, reife Bananen, geringe Würze, hefig, phenolisch, kein besonderes Weizen.

Bottle at Carls Brauhaus, Stuttgart, 08/02/15. Lightly hazed orange amber with a decent off white covering. Nose is a little on the thin side, bready, faint orange, straw. Taste comprises vanilla, bread dough, citric rinds, orange, caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok, touch bland but inoffensive.

Thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts fine malty-yeasty, not too dry, intense fruity notes, dried fruites, some apricot. Some caramel hints. Light hoppy background. Quite drinkable. A great beer!
