33 cL clear bottle. Pours clear yellow, small bubbly head. Aroma is zesty apples and light. Zesty, fruity and sweet. Simple juicy finish.

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour, quite lively when pouring, but the head vanishes fast. Aroma is sweet apples, some mild vinegar and a bit sugary as well. Flavour is apple juice, some slight sugar and mild sweetish ripe apples as well. Surprisingly bodied for being this low ABV’d.

Aroma has sweet, ripe and somewhat floury apples. But second sniff reveals the truth; also cardboard here and the aroma is actually quite mellow and feels artifical. Flavour has juicy apples, some leathery tones and green apple peel. Also some fruit sugar and acidic tones at the end of the glass.
