This liquid gold Imperial IPA is made to be respected. Aggressively dry hopped, Amarillo, Citra, Cimcoe, and Mosaic hops produce aromas of citrus, pine, apricot, and mango with just a hint of a breadiness. We’re usually very humble, but our Hubris has us feeling otherwise…

Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some grassy, grainy and toffeeish notes. Flavour is very similar with some nectary and mild alcohol sweetness to it as well.

An almost clear one, golden in color and with a small, dense, off-white head. The aroma is peachy and piney, with some grapefruit. Orange notes too. The flavor is quite bitter, with oranges, pink grapefruit notes and some pine cones. It’s full-bodied and lightly warming, with a pleasant carbonation. Semi-dry. Lasting finish with a good bitterness and lots of citrus. A very fine beer indeed, could easily drink more of it. 150227

Süßlich hopfiger Antrunk. Würzig, hell herb, geringfügig hefig. Steigende Hefigkeit, auch der Hopfen steigt noch etwas. Gut 10/9/11/9//8
