Tap at Triumph, PHL, 30/11/13. Almost clear chestnut brown with a moderate off white covering that retinas well. Nose is dark malt base, brown breas, rich caramel notes, sugars, pinch of spice, treacle toffee. Taste comprises Belgian yeast notes, toffee, spice, light booze, fruit cake, dates. Full bodied, soft carbonation, smooth on the palate, nice feel, lightly warming alcohol in the finish. Ok Belgian.
