Tap at Elysian, Seattle, 27/05/13. Listed at 6.9% ABV. Clear amber with a very thin off white head that dissipates edgeward. Nose is sour fruit, hint of brett, woody notes, light funk, grass, musty, light balsam. Taste comprises tarte fruits, wood, light funk and sour notes, touch brett, light balsams, dark fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light boozey wood notes in the finale. Decent effort, not a tripel for me, this is a sour/wild.
