Tap at Cascade Lakes Lodge, Bend, 23/05/13. Clear amber with a medium off white head. Nose carries dark fruits, spice, dates, light yeast notes, toffee. Taste comprises dark malts, toffee, some hop presence in the background, pinch of spice. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation. Ok fayre but not setting my beer world alight, not enough depth to the flavours for 7.6%.
