Tap at Breakside, PDX, 25/05/13. Mahogony brown with a thinnish light beige head. Nose is dark malts, toffee, grain, brown sugars. Taste comprises light hops, malt, hint of tropical fruit, toffee, sugars, light orange notes. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, light bitter notes in the finish. Ok schwarz.

Draught at brewpub. Poured black with a medium white head. Moderate lacing. Some roast notes in the aroma and flavour. Fairly light bodied beer, one that could be used for a session beer. Sudsy hop flavour but restrained hop
