A pale beer made with low colour malt and a complex combination of European and New Zealand hops to give lots of flavour. Citrus fruit flavours are to the fore with hints of spiciness and grassiness. The beer is well balanced with a bitter finish. Very drinkable and no reindeers.

Cask at the Sussex Arms, Twickenham Green - 15/12/12. Clear pale golden with a white head that retains well. Nose is floral hops, touch of pine, mango, grassy notes. Taste comprises floral hops, grapefruit, bitter tones, pine, citrus, a little caramel malt, grassy. Medium bodied with soft carbonation, bitter dry finish. A really tasty drop and would happily revisit.
