[ As Ascot Alligator 1000 ].Clear medium golden amber color with a small, open and fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white almost clear head. Aroma is moderate malty, light caramel, moderate hoppy, flowers, butter. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, flowers, fruity, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140419]
