Cask (gravity) @ EBF17 2014, 17th Egham Beer Festival, Egham United Services Club (EUSC), 111 Spring Rise, Egham, Surrey, England TW20 9PE. [ As Ascot Alligator 1000 ].Clear medium golden amber color with a small, open and fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white almost clear head. Aroma is moderate malty, light caramel, moderate hoppy, flowers, butter. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, flowers, fruity, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140419]

Cask at the egham festival... Golden amber... No head... Soft sweet fruits... Light floral tones.. Dry fruits... Quite neutral front... Soft citrus linger
