cloudy brown, fluffy light brown head. aroma is sour wheat , red fruits and a little herbs. flavor is flowers, herbs, slightly sourish wheat, palate is bubbly like a sodapop. not the best from sullerica, but it could be that my bottle is just off. The mint is very delicate, i can hardly taste it, that is a good thing, too much mint would not work well.
