Golden hybrid ale presents with a delicately fruity aroma compounded by the toasted notes of local roasted barley tea – a Taiwanese staple. The complex aroma folds into an ester-forward body with a crisp finish. An utterly crushable ale designed to be paired with a wide variety of Taiwanese food.

Dude didn’t even give me the right beer. Asked for Taihu’s Black Valentine Black IPA and he gives me this, about as black as my grandma. Assuming it’s the Bright Ale, also on the menu. Thought it was coffee but roasted barley tea, I guess?

Can - Meaty and barley. Dark copper with a decent white head. Lots of raw barley.
