almost black colour, medium sized, not too stable creamy beige head; aroma is moderately intensive (being very diplomatic) with some roasted rye bread and sunflower seeds and maybe coffee and hints of burnt plum jam (this latter one is more a wish than a fact, I think); taste of coffee, roasted rye bread and heavy roasted sunflower seeds and nuts; not bad
