On tap at the brewpub. A flat one, unclear, amber to brown in color. There’s a faint peated touch in the aroma, with toffee and hints of dried fruits. Caramel, toffee, some coffee grit notes and a little sweetness and bitterness. Full bodied and soft on the palate, low on carbonation. Caramel sweet finish. Rather boring, not foul, but lacking big time on carbonation. 141024
