slightly opalescent golden colour, large, dense off white head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of grainy, hay, bread crusty, some floral and herbal-medicinal notes; taste of medicinal hoppy bitterness (this seems to be present in almost all of Pere Jacob-s beers to some extent) and some malty-bready notes; not really extraordinary...and not really amber-like
