hazy golden to orange colour, huge, ecru-ish head, which collapses quite quickly; aroma of lemon peel, lemongrass, unripe fruits like apple and pear, some beetroot and slight floral honey notes; taste is also sourish-citrussy-fruity with also some beetroot and very intensive carbonation
