hazy yellow colour, large, dense white head, which disappears within a few minutes; aroma of wet wheaty-bread crusty, unripe fruity (apple and grape), some lemony and wine cellary notes; taste is lemony, slightly acetic acidy, malty, unripe sour fruity and slightly vinous notes; not bad, though clearly not a typical witbier
