Not for the faint of heart. This beer was originally brewed to be aged on bourbon barrels, but we liked the base beer so much that we decided to share some of it with you. At 12,8%, we made sure there are plenty of risidual sugars and a sturdy hop bitterness to support this beer and keep it in balance.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 9 | Flavor - 9 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5
mahogany colour, medium sized creamy beige-ish head; aroma of honeycomb toffee, marmalade, dried fruits like apricot, raisins, yeast, slight cocoa and alcoholic notes; taste has the same notes as can be felt in the aroma with some toffee, vanilla and resiny hops; great one!
