At source: Orange gold with a white head. Strong apple aroma. Taste is really watery. Just a bit sweet. Almost no hops.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy orange with a creamy dense and white head. Aroma is mild roasted and light caramelish. Light fruity flavoured. Yeasty and mild caramelish malt flavoured. Bitter and malty finish, a bit bland for a doree.

Draft at the brewpub. An unclear dark golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw as well as lighter notes of phenol and burnt malt, leading to a dry and bitter finish where the notes of straw and phenol lingers.
