Cramine : en patois fribourgeois, " kramena", froid vif. Avec la cramine de la nuit dernière, la tsafe s'est changée en yache et les pouês s'y cassent les palètes.

deep dark brown, almost black colour, half inch of creamy dense and long lasting beige-ish head; aroma of toasted rye bread, roasted sunflower seeds, some cocoa, carrot and toffee notes; taste of roasted bitterness and the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; correct one

Appearance: Very dark brown, near black. Some tan head. Aroma: Medium to dark malt, slightly roasted. Taste: Dark malt, burnt, roasted. Some off-notes, unfortunately. Bought: Fribourg Beer Festival, 300 ml tap, CHF 5.00 Info: 1/9-2018
