A handshake for Hells and a high-five to USA, this takes our classic lager and slams Stateside hops at it for an Atlantic-crossing home-run of juicy citrus fruit.

Hazy with big foam, bright citrus and tropical fruit aroma, pithy bitterness and amazing hop freshness: it’s got the beautiful lightness of lager countered with a big hit of hops.

We love American hops and we love Hells Lager and wanted to smash the two together. The result is probably the most delicious beer we’ve ever brewed. It’s just about the most bangable beer you’ll ever have.

Malt: Pilsner
Hops: Cascade, Centennial, Columbus, Citra, Simcoe

Tap at Camden Town Brewery. It pours slightly hazy straw yellow, with a medium white head. The nose is raspberry, lemon pith, grapefruit and some spice. The taste is straw, dough, citrus, floral, bread, spice and a touch of butter, with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Well balanced, crisp and refreshing. Not normally my sort of thing, but a good beer nonetheless.
