A way of beer that I love, on the way of the ayinger kirtbier, a wind of autumn, my favourite season, malty, autumnal spices, cynamon, malty, hop, smooth, 08.02.21, buying it at the landi, Carouge (VD), serving me this one at Epalinges.

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
hazy dark orange to amber colour, large, creamy yellowish ecru head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of rye bread crusty, fruity, some roasted nutty, caramel, some cinnamon and maybe slight orange peel oils notes; taste is similar to the aroma with a little bit less intensity; surprisingly good amber lager
