hazy pale yellow colour, moderate sized creamy ecru-ish off-white head; aroma of grapefruity, piney, pineapple, mango, orange, some celery, biscuity-caramel and dill notes; perfectly balanced bittersweet taste with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma and some spicy-horseradish-like aftertaste; great one!
