Bottle shared at Ash’s. Pours hazy pale yellow with a thin white head. Aromas of faint spice, clove, but you have to look. Taste has light banana, clove. Dry finish. First wee tasting of the summer

Bottle from the Spanish shop in Edinburgh. Appearance - cloudy orange with a decent head. Nose - pineapple chunks, light spice and toffee. Taste - more of the same. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly good finish. Overall - decent example of the style.

Bottle from Wine & Cheese in Clayton, MO. Pours translucent gold with a creamy/foamy white head. Aroma is fruity. Makes me think of bergamot. Med body or so due to the carbonation. Flavor is a cross between citrus and plum - or possibly bergamot. Grasping at straws here. This is not a hefeweizen. More dry than not. Flavorful in a medium sort of way. Different and IMHO enjoyable - in a mild way.

[ As Mateo & Bernabé Mateo 21 ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, grass, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, herbs, vegetables, pale malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150124]

Bottle @ First Official Randers Tasting. Pours hazy pale straw with small white head. Dusty aroma with notes of yeast, hops and malt. Dusty and bitterish flavour of hops and malt, with sweetish and citric notes and watery touches. Bitetr and dusty aftertaste. Rather weird but interesting.

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is estery, light spiced. Mellow yeasty. Toasted malty and light spiced. Dry and slight herbal. Bitter and mild estery finish.
