A classic German Lager bier. It looks like a stout or a porter, but drinks like a lager. By using de-husked roasted malts, a beautiful color and subtle complexity is introduced to the beer without extracting the bitter, acrid, ashy or overtly roasted notes typical associated with darker beers.

deep dark brown colour, half inch of creamy beige head; aroma and taste of dried sour cherry, toasted rye bread, roasted sunflower seeds, minimal dark chocolate and plum jam; quite good one
