almost clear, slightly opalescent orange to amber colour, medium sized creamy yellowish ecru head; aroma of fruity (mainly pear), floral, some caramel, toaste bread crusty and sunflower seeds notes; taste has the same notes as can be felt in the aroma and some medicinal bitterness (as almost always in the case of Pere Jakob beers); quite good one
