Baby, don’t fear the reaper. Our White IPA has a hazy sun kissed golden color, as befits an unfiltered wheat beer. The nose jumps off with soft wheat, and a blend of fresh citrus and hops. A creamy wheat sensation rolls across your tongue, perfectly complimented by a citrus pop and a hoppiness that will make you call for more. The mixture of Bravo, Centennial, Cascade and Citra hops ensures that you’ll love the touch of this reaper.

Belgian Wit meets American IPA. Hazy, brewed with lemongrass, coriander, orange peel, and honey.

can, rated in 2016 - Pours a hazy straw color. It smells of wheat, spice, and a little citrus. It's moderately bitter but somehow a little on the bland side. Finishes dry.

A lightly hazy one, pale golden in color and with a big, off-white head. Some lacings. The aroma has a good dash of hoppyness, with grapefruit, pine cones and some tropical fruits. Pale malts in the back of the flavor, trying to deal with the rather massive bitterness. Still, it doesn’t feel unbalanced. Grapefruit and resins, citrus juice. Full body and a bit too much carbonation, quite dry. Lasting citrusy and bitter finish. Tasteful this one, but too heavy on the carbonation. 141219

Tap at brewery. Light nondescript hop aroma. Clear golden with a small white head, creamy lacing. Earthy malt and herbal hops flavor. Medium body. Wasn’t bad, but it didn’t do anything for me. It probably didn’t help that I had this one after I had their 7AM stout, which was wonderful. I may have to re-rate this one the next time I visit.
