Bottle. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Great hefe.

Bottle @ Assentoft tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, banana, fruits, wheat malt and hops. Full bodied.

Bottle. Milky orange, offwhite head. Spicy, lime and gingerlike aroma. Fairly light bodied, mellow mouthfeel. Light wheaty base, a bit fruityness, fie hop aromatics with staying power. A bit more oomph and this would be really lovely.

Sehr trübes orangegoldenes Bier mit ordentlicher leicht beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht hopfig fruchtig, hefig. Geschmack hefig, leicht fruchtig, phenolisch, etwas Nelke.

(bottle) Cloudy, murky golden colour with a firm, slightly off-white and medium-sized foamy head. Yeasty, moderately wheaty and delicately cara-malty aroma with notes of banana, backed by slightly citric and resiny hops far in the background. Mildly bitter and delicately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation for a Wheat. Dry-ish and a bit slim wheaty and shy cara.malty taste with shades of banana and drying, also slightly herbal and resiny hops, leading into a rather dry and moderately bitter finish. Likeable hoppy Wheat. 03.IX.14

500ml bottle. Hazy amber colour with huge, thick, firm, frothy, fluffy, fairly lasting, paradigmatical, off-white head. Wheaty, yeasty aroma with explicit banana note, hints of dried banana, some clove, a spicy, yeasty touch. Taste is slightly sweet wheat malty, notes of banana, a touch of clove, cautious spicy, yeasty hints. Somehow watery, like a two-lane road concentrating the traffic (taste and aroma) exclusively on one side while the second lane is closed due to overflow but ineluctably carried along nonetheless. However, not a bad one.

Bottle at Hopfen & Maltz, brewed at Brauerei Karg. Cloudy orange brown with a full head. Aroma is strong banana. Flavour is sweet fruity wheat, strong banana and some caramel on a dry fruit base.
