Draught. Clear pour with thin head. Not much aroma. Sweetish flavor with a light hop edge. Quick finish.

Draft at the brewpub. Unclear orange color with a white head and some sticky lacework. Grainy, some fruity notes. Leans bitter for the style, kinda like a hybrid between an ESB and an APA. Okay, but not something I'd probably rush out for again.

On tap at Bellevue, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is pretty bland, light hopping and a dry English malt backing. Flavour is along the same lines, with English hops and English malt - not the most cohesive beer but decently balanced. Okay.

Bottle. A lightly hazy one, dark golden-orange in color and with a dense, finger-thick off-white head. Some lacings. The aroma is on the malty side, lightly grainy, with caramel and toffee. Fruity. Quite fruity and orangey on the palate, dry and pleasantly carbonated. Still, rather sweetish, but not sticky. Long finish with fruityness, oranges and some caramel sweetness. Easy drinkable and quite pleasant this one. 141219
