Cask at the GBBF 2018 day 5 11/08/2018. A hazed dull gold coloured pour with a a fading white head. Aroma is big spicy ginger, cola cubes, pear, tart apple. Flavour is composed of sweet, sugary apple, ginger. Cola, cubes,. Brandy snap, prickly pear. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, moderate carbonation.

Bladder bag at EBF ’24, 04/08/16. Hazed orange with a moderate off white head. Nose is prickly apples, pissy, straw, lemon rinds. Taste comprises earthy apples, hint of ginger, spice, floral notes, pear, slight lemon twang but pretty subtle. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying finale. Ok.

Bag in box @ 24th Egham Beer Festival. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity spicy lemon aroma. Fruity spicy tart lemon and apple flavor. Has a fruity spicy tart lemon and apple finish.

Cask @ EBF17 2014, 17th Egham Beer Festival, Egham United Services Club (EUSC), 111 Spring Rise, Egham, Surrey, England TW20 9PE. [ As Merry Moon Lemon Cider ].ABV: 6.0%. Murky matt medium yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is light apple, perfume, phenol, paint, minerals, heavy lemon, zest. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, citrus - lemon - lime, zest, apple. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20140419]
