Pours clear amber with a small foamy beige head. Malty aroma. Taste of toasted malt, caramel, toffee, stone fruits, alcohol, very sweet finish.

12 ounce can from Wagner Market, 3/18/25. Dark brown, large tan head, average retention. Aroma of toffee, cherry, raisin. Taste is toffee, caramel, cherry, piney hop. Lingering bitterness, strong flavor. Mild booze.

On tap at Central Waters - Milwaukee, pours a clear dark reddish amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out dry caramel, bready malt, and a touch of resinous hops. Flavour is surprisingly gentle for a 12% barleywine, with bready caramel and bitter resinous hops. Malty and hoppy in good balance. It�s alright.
